Click for more info Handicapped parking will be available in Plaza North, between 3rd and 4th Streets (behind Wells Fargo Bank). Please enter from Edith at Third Street (do not attempt to cross Main Street).	Portable restrooms are located at:. Plaza South at First Street Plaza South at Third Street Third Street at Plaza Central Plaza North at Second Street
The downtown triangle (bordered by San Antonio Road, Edith Avenue and First Street) will be closed at 4:00 pm. Access into downtown from Foothill Expressway at Main Street will also be closed. On Second Street, between Whitney and Lyell. Buses should enter from San Antonio at Third and Whitney, proceed on Whitney and turn Left onto Second.
